modded or not?

hey my names cog destroyer yesterday i was on versus and i saw that when i killed a person he had the theron elite but not raam shadow elite i mean gears 1 elite is this a mod or is there a way to get it because if so please tell me how

There was no Theron elite in gears 1. Any skin not on on the disc/downloaded can not be used. No mod can do so.

So he can be used, but only by modders.

It's just a Theron Guard without a helmet.

Do you not think the Savage Theron looks stupid?

In those two pics, the top one looks really good.

The second one looks like it has a Spartan (Halo) helmet designed for a bird. Just looks stupid.

Side note: Have you noticed that the little pictures representing the characters (wingman, execution etc) look awful? Flame Grenadier looks like a black woman with a blonde wig and Myrrah looks like a truffle. Or is just me?

Yes, that became the Palace Guard model.
