Highest chance to get snow-blind map packs to play in gears

So I'm trying to get the veteran gear achv. and i never got snow-blind maps on it yet.So should i do social or ranked? i need the highest possibility to get it.

Nobody plays the map pack playlists.

Did Veteran Gear without even bothering what map I played.
I would suggest Social Execution as games are quickest.

The game is just throwing the wrong error, the host is actually quitting the match not kicking you.

Am I the only oen who things that Gears 2 Find a Match needs MAJOR overhaul to combat lower player rate?

The fact that I can't make a Social Horde match of my choice is RIDICULOUS! I've been sitting here about 5 minutes now with the "Social" thing looking for players. IF there arent' any players, Stop Searching, give me match host priority, and I'll make a Damn MATCH!
