most of them from ebay...from hong kong,usa,uk,china,singapour.... etc etc... me... i try it. if i like it and its real i keep it ..if its damaged or not legit... they refund your money (and keep the figure with you) ...then each time i see an interesting listing i dont ask me if its legit or not.. i go for it and try the lucky list

Even if it isn't legit, you can't tell a lot of the time. A lot of China's industry prides itself on 100% accurate copies of stuff, and the Gears stuff is no exception. I had a fake Gren Elite off there once as I wanted a cheap figure to wreckup to be a gibbed body, but once I got it, I found it better than the store bought one in terms of paint and joint quality.
I'd say go for it
