i know this is already on the list, but i just forged a 200 attack stat gem. I forged two 150 attack stats and a 174 attack stat to get the 200 one.

is there any connection if u forge random gems because i use the order good bad bad and i ended up witha 4 triangle gems and 2 squares, and a heavy gem, and all the gems are 500,000 gold pieces
I just forged 3 rainbow gems and I've got a really bad deal. A "On perfect block damage Titan 851" for heavy weapon ... heavy weapon!! the outcome doesn't make any sense ... really disappointed ... good thing I saved the last rainbow for myself ;-)

Just found a gem I think could get an honorable mention:
Wind +1, RB 1, OG, $184.
Found it after a battle.
Just found another amazingly useless gem:
Water+1, RB 2, OG, sells for $186.
I'm beginning to get a bit creeped out,
Just found dark+1, RB 2, OG, $156.
I have to admit, I've discovered a bit of value in the new forge system in the past few hours:
In v1.1, it was cheap and gem forging caused gems to gain value fast. This meant you could make lots of money but had to be extremely careful when forging gems near the cap of their particular type so they didn't roll over into the next shape or type tier above them. Now that they've slowed down forging considerably with v1.2, it'll be easier to forge capped gems, as you won't "overshoot" as often and end up with something you weren't trying to get, but that comes at the cost of taking tons more forges to get anything close to a cap. It does take some of the fun out of building up a gem inventory for weeks just to add one point to your high-level gems (gold hex gems in particular. They're finicky bastards). Can't say I'll miss it all that much though
So what I'm doing now is using 1.1 on my iPhone for money forging and using 1.2 on my iPad for gems I'm actually trying to improve. If Chair would only make it so the lower-tier gems advanced at the old rate and the higher-tier gems went at the new rate...
Okay, I am still trying to figure out how you are making any money off of gem forging. Can someone explain this throughly? It seems to me like the $500k gems all take 20years to forge and if you want to hurry that it costs $600k (in v1.2). That is a loss, right? What am I missing?
Gold+ Gems are the better of the two gold hex gems (I was referring to color, by the way). Trying to improve the stat on high-level Rare+ was damn near impossible. I forged three Rare +24s and got a +22 back. This does seem to have been improved in v1.2, which is nice. The added benefit of not rolling over into the next tier helps a lot as well.
I got a Heavy Gem from a forge. 800 damage on block. It was made from 4 different type gems of the same color, I don't know if that affects it of not... Sold for 500k, yet I got "Cold Fusion" for it.
However, in this thread we're more interested the gems that have the maximum stat value for their type. If you look at the first post, you'll see that we already have a Heavy Block = 1000 Damage.
And that's expected with the Cold Fusion Achievement. The sale price you get for it is half the "value" the game uses, so you did forge a gem "worth" $1,000,000. There's no higher value for gems, even though stats keep increasing beyond when a gem is worth the maximum.
Proph, I don't know if you care, but I've just forged Attack +200, Health +50, Shield +60, Magic +200, and Rare +25%, tying the old caps that people had only found.
If you really want the long answer, I'll give it to you, but be prepared for a long read.
Long answers are awesome but that was a very successful start. Thanks so much either way! I like the idea of not overflowing my cup/gems in the new update!
Yes it has become incredibly easier to forge capped gems. Right now I have approximately half of the capped gems on the list and am currently trying to break the Triangle On Perfect Parry Dmg xxxx cap.
But damn, it has also become incredibly more difficult to forge a 500k gem. I am starting to forge that "on perfect parry" from scratch and it has costed me some 10 million now and all I have now is dmg 2614
Anybody interested in joining me joining me forging the rainbow attack gem? I am not seriously trying, but once in a while I would throw in one or two low-tier square gems to see what happens.
I got a gem called a "Light Titan Speed Gem," which I presume slows down titans by that stated 90%. Is this true?
