Hmmmm...interesting, a log file was generated with his IP and DVD hash in it. I was of the mindset that the server needed xray reporter to log player info at that level. Maybe it's an NFO thing but I can ban his IP and DVD hash.

I don't like to ban when I haven't seen it, but if you are 100% sure, and there were others that are 100% sure I can do it. Just remember though that the last thing we want to do is ban a good player.

btw, are you in the Atlanta area? I ask because I want to verify the IP in the log file so I know the log file is grabbing the right IPs.

I couldn't get behind the player. I was 1st person (behind view) viewing behind 'evil_sister' ; Jarred also seen the player. I did a demo of it but I have no idea on how to play it back. Every-time I try it says I can't play it. The player even talked about the hack so if you check the chat logs, if you possibly can, you'll see. If I get the demo to work, i'll post it on YouTube.

The person was pinging in the high 200s.. maybe 280s ???

The error message should also tell you which files are missing, example: a map, a mutator or what ever. Once you have the missing files, the demo should be playable for you.
