    Default Is it possible to convert a static mesh into a terrain?

    Is it possible to convert a static mesh into a terrain in UT3? If so, how? If not, why not?

    It's not possible. A terrain makes use of a heightmap, that's why you won't be able to make arches and such stuff with the terrain editor, there's just no way to include these information in one texture. These two things are just too different.
    A huge fan of the entire Unreal franchise and Bulletstorm.
