Measurent in udk
I want to put a static mesh somewhere and place another static mesh or example 400 units far from that.
How to do it? what's the best way?
Just enable drag grid, set it's scale to whatever you need. If you need very precise mesurement, go to 2D viewport and press MMB to measure.

You can also move something relative to another thing 2 ways:
1) Right-click on the movement/translation widget in the toolbar, a position dialog will come up, you can turn on the "relative" checkbox and input your offset
2) In the Movement>Location property, you can do simple math equations so you can just add a "+400" to the end of the X position, hit enter and blammo!
