So, having a moving platform should work in UDK, as the player's momentum is located in the same vector direction as the moving plane.

Could the same be applied to skeletal meshes, I.E., a mobile platform/turret or something? Kind of like the, uh... Scarab in Halo 3 and ODST, in which the player was able to walk upon the scarab, and to preform basic mobile actions on a moving platform. Is this possible?
