Forces of nature issue

I have recently purchased and downloaded the map pack forces of nature and when I try to play the maps on versus mode through the forces of nature section a message appears advising me that I do not have the correct content downloaded and will need to download. When I select the download option market place opens and the option to download the fenix rising map pack. Is this an issue with the software or is this an attempt to force people into buying that map pack too?

You need FON and FR to play on most of the playlist on dedicated servers.
