Looking for a team

I need a team.
I've always been good at gears through 1 and 2, I have not given gears 3 the time as I don't find it as good as gears 2. But I'm still good.
Becuse of this I've kinder lost my usual team. So I play alone. Which is hard because I play execution and always come against stacked teams.

I want to try and get or be in a team that would/already play GB or potentially do LAN.

I'd play any game mode.
