Petition: Keep Classic Horde

As its own separate playlist alongside the standard Horde 2.0.

I absolutely love this version of Horde because it's incredibly fast-paced and challenging. I think it's a great alternative for players who want a faster Horde experience and can't sit through regular Horde for hours on end.

I vote to see it stay. What do you say?

Yes. I'd like them to remove the Locust ability to knock down shields or at least leave weapons on the ground after each wave so as we can pick them up.

Yes. I'd like them to remove the Locust ability to knock down shields or at least leave weapons on the ground after each wave so as we can pick them up.

I'm really enjoying it, but bosses being Bloodmounts all the time isn't exciting, I understand Brumaks are bosses too but rarely, and Berserkers need to be bosses too if they're not. other than that I'm really liking the straight to action gameplay.
as for Beast, if there's a way to keep those added Locusts, that would be nice too.

I don't play Horde anymore because it is too easy now. But with this Classic Horde,if it stays forever,I think I will probably go back to it. It would actually be a challenge.

I would swap the Brumak for Berserkers.
I think the Bloodmounts later on are more difficult than any of the above bosses though as they get in your face.
Plus there are many more of them as they are worth less to the point pools.
It is much harder .

I wouldn't know how difficult, I think the highest I've gotten to without failing in Standard was between Wave 10-20 because players keep leaving or we fail. and a Brumak was a surprise in Private but it took 17-18 minutes to kill because it got stuck most of the time in Aftermath. should just be glad there's Bloodmounts then after thinking about that.

All it needs is 10 seconds after each wave to pick up dropped weapons and it'd be great

Out with the old, in with the new. New Horde does everything better. More enemies, more ways to play. I like playing Horde 2.0, and I really dislike Classic Horde, at least on GoW 3 maps. Classic Horde can be played in Horde 2.0, you just have to NOT purchase fortifications. The 30 second wait is pretty negligible, and the variety Horde 2.0 adds keeps you on your toes.

Yes, but to add a classic horde playlist won't require a TU. It will just have to DL the playlist when you press start on the title screen like all the other playlists.

It will only work if they make it where you can get players to come in to the game while in public midmatch....just my opinion.Went 1-50 on Ravens this morning with a few guys streaming on Twitch,was not a fan but that one match alone with everyone working together with no silverback and forts? frickin awesome !

Yeah, if not public classic horde. Then at least add an option for us to play classic in private (if I can gather some friends from CoD or Skyrim for awhile )
