Petition: Keep Classic Horde

Yeah, I got used to killing after each score at the end of the wave, now I have to wait a boring 30 seconds to resume killing.

You know the one on Ticker weekends that would keep going and going and going !
So boring now way too clean 25 kills only get shown

Yeah, same for the kill feed, only shows about 5 now. The ticker weekends on GoW2 you would plant an Ink at spawn and just watch it fill your screen.

I am not a big fan of Classic Horde, but I definitely think people should have a choice. A lot of people like it.

Yes please. Would love to see them cater to the other modes separate from the competitive multiplayer. While they're at it, maybe they could update beast mode and add some kind of playlist with more than 12 waves or add some new beasts or something.

I like this idea, but sadly, I don't think EPIC would really go through the effort of adding a ready up system for horde mode.

Yeah but then you won't get the benefits of Gears 3 xD That's the silliest answer I see around these forums.

I voted for classic only because if there's a chance to silence people about Classic Horde, I'm all for it. I don't really care, I like the new Horde.

My favorite part of it is that I don't have to start fighting the minute I get in. I can just leisurely walk around. Also the upgrades are reallly cool in my opinion. Makes solo Horde a lot more enjoyable.

Yes, there are like 6 playlists on Forces of Nature that barely anyone plays on a normal weekday. There's a reason they don't show how many people play those lists, it's because it's almost always 0, except for Guardian (which was in AWESOME addition, I hate CTL) and some of the events. My point is, why not add some more Horde things? I barely play public horde because

1) at least one person jumps out before it even begins, another jumps out after he builds a base, and one or more jump out after wave 5 or even earlier. And the few times I do get above wave 10, the host all of a sudden quits which means all fortifications are gone and the base too. Great. That being said, I once made it to Wave 50 with a random team (someone in the team kept inviting people to play because as usual 3 people were gone after wave 7) on Overpass, we failed once so we tried again, and all of a sudden only the leader comes back to life and the rest of us are stuck in ghost cam, how great. Needles to say, he died and in the next round all our fortifications were gone.

2) I PAID FOR 3 DLC MAP PACKS BUT I DON'T GET TO PLAY THEM IN PUBLIC!!! WTH?! Change this NOW, this is ridiculous because in Versus, more often then not (as it should be, considering that there are 13 DLC maps and 10 standard maps) I do get to play on the DLC maps. Horde needs to be upgraded fast.

3) It's boring. There, I said it. Getting teamed up with people who leave before it starts and noobs all the time (not to hate on noobs, we were all there at one point in our lives..) gets extremely old very quickly. Horde needs to be fixed now..

And to all of you who say "if you want classic horde just plays Gears 2" I tell you this: Gears 2 is outdated by now, it's slower and what we can do in Gears 3 is still impossible in Gears 2. Recently I tried climbing over cover to kick a Theron guard, nothing happened and I got a torque to the face. Gears 2 is too slow for us who are used to Gears 3, it's as simple as that.

Absolutely, provided that they add it to private too.

It's mainly Boss Waves I'm concerned about. I hate them with a burning passion and they completely ruin solo runs (which i do quite often).

I think it's a great alternative for players who want a faster Horde experience and can't sit through regular Horde for hours on end.

I agree with this part, 30 seconds between each waves can make for extremely long matches

that is still to date the worst suggestion.

with gears 3 we get ten times better games with far less lag.Not to mention we can play with new weapons, load outs and characters. There is no reason NOTto letus have horde 1.0 in gears 3. Come up with something better than that
