Welcome to Zeta achievement will not unlock

I have beaten the story mode twice but can't seem to earn this achievement. Any suggestions?

you are doing the standard campaign aren't you? not arcade

Yes and I have earned the arcade achievement. Does anybody know if this triggers on killing Raam or did I somehow not earn credit for a particular section? I have a checkpoint at the end and have replayed the entire story mode from beginning to end but with no luck.

I'd recommend going into your system settings --> Highlighting your hard drive, Press "Y" --> Delete Cache..Once that is done, I would recommend deleting your profile off of your hard drive and re-downloading it. Hopefully that will fix the issue.
