Final Boss Fight on Insane

I finally beat the final boss on 4 player Co Op Arcade Insanity difficulty.

I hate you so much for that boss fight EPIC. I really do.

Though at least I got the Impossible skin for my troubles, even several months after the event ended......

Last level i did online insane with one other guy so only 2 of us and we beat it.. but seemed harder with more people btw

For every extra person, they multiply the difficulty.

So Insane with 4 people is 4x harder than Insane with 1 person, etc.

I believe it!! Had no issues running insane solo.... but the 4 player arcade took 4ever!!

Damn I'm jealous as hell, been trying to beat the final chapter on insane and had nothing but issues (mostly of the I keep dying type lol!) Any good strategy tips? Everything goes ok till her war beetle starts wrecking the tower and the palace guards show up-that where I keep dying. I just want to beat it once so I never have to play it again...
PS-I tried on arcade, using super reload, unlimited ammo, and can't remember the last mutator, prob laugh track.

The best mutators to go with are Super Reload, Infinite Ammo, and Vampire. Any damage you take, you can get back by shooting enemies, so vampire really works well, especially on insane mode. Another tip would be to camp out where you originate from in the beginning of the fight once the Tempest starts attacking the tower. But it's good to have at least two people in there because you run out of the Hammer pretty easily.

Thanks for the tips BloodPact-O found one of my Gears Buds to help me out, we beat it (in standard) with me playing INsane and him playing on casual (he had already beat it on insane). Now I gotta go back and beat arcade on insane!
And Duffy-way ahead of you- I'm on shot #4 of Tres Muerjes (may have mispelled it- four shots in one hour is a bit lol!)

I beat it twice on my own. Think i was lucky and had a glitch cuz both times i had no palace guards or shriekers

My buddy has beat it twice, the first time Myrrah gliched and wouldn't fire the tempest breath (or got stuck just under the railing on the overlook, can't remember which) and just recently he had no palace guards. Lucky Bastard!
