Looking for a mature group? One who values you as a player and your play style? Look no further – ‘Synchronicity’ is recruiting. We’re a relatively new group who are looking for players in roles such as; support, sniping and capturing and let’s not forget slaying! Currently we specialise in King of the Hill (KOTH) and Execution and the new playlist Guardian

Now the group itself is relatively new, we started late 2011 and are still operating now, with a diverse group of people from around the world. Our group is mainly Gears of War oreintated we rarely play anything else! (Why would we want to?!) We’ve been Gearsheads since 2006 and don’t see ourselves leaving Gears for a long while. Consequently because we are looking for ‘mature-gamers’ we only accept people over the age of 16 – Many of our members are over 18 but are friendly and welcoming to whomever as long as the same element of respect we give is given back.

What can Synchronicity offer you?

- Competitive, fast and fun game play.
- Members in different time zones on daily who will jump at the chance to play with other members of the team.
- Friendly players.
- A new experience where you can partake in different activities we run monthly/weekly.
- A new experience of a competitive edge of Gears of War.
- The ability and the flexibility to hone your skills.

What do we expect from you?

- Must be an active player who comes on at least three days a week.
- Someone who doesn’t insult or blame team-mates if we lose or someone does something ‘wrong’ we’re looking for friendly mature players. “There’s no ‘I’ in team!”

Finally, a name change is not required but a mention in your bio is appreciated.

I joined this when it first took off last November. Been a good and fun experience. We're a fair lot and love diversity in players. If anyone is looking for some fun, wins and competition you should try and join up with us.

Is there anything I need to do to join or just a "Hey how do ya do you're in."? My speciality is CQC so for gametypes like KOTH I'm always on the ring fighting unless I'm acquiring a power weapon. And is anyone on now? I'd love to play some Gears right now, I'm bored.

This sounds neat. I'm not the best, or the worst(I hope), and if there's try-outs I'd be scared to go through them. I'm always afraid of failing (for some stupid reason).

Umm, what I always try to do is lay down covering fire, and help the people I know can always do good in CQC get in the thick of the action. Here lately though, I've used my Gnasher, and been getting very good results.

Nobody on my friends list plays Gears...literally. All my friends hate it. So I'm always alone playing, which is still fun, but it's hard to really coordinate with a bunch of randoms who either won't talk or are busy trash talking my K/D. So what if it's under 1? I usually try and just Support lol.

Umm, anyway, I'll think about it some more, and then I might try out if that's alright. I'll wait till after May though at least, since most of my time is devoted to school right now. I'm a really chill guy and can get along with pretty much anyone under any circumstance, and I NEVER blame the team for losing, instead I blame myself (which isn't much better). Oh yeah, and I'm 20 years old, forgot to mention that.

I have a mic, and I am 21. Gears 3 was my first gears game, I have played campaign on 1 and 2, but only have around 3-4months of Multiplayer experience. Just came back to gears after a break and most of my friends dont play it now so I need some new peeps . I play 1-2 hrs a day, more on weekends.
