Couple questions,

Does xbox.com ever have it on sale like a deal of the week or is 19.99 lowest it goes?
Do the achievements on the PC version go towards your GamerScore or xbox live?
If I installed it on desktop, can I also put it on my laptop? Or cd key is one time use from xbox.com?
On the PC version do u have to complete campaign on either Normal/Hardcore before you can attempt Insane?

Hey Snackbar,

1) I haven't seen it on offer before so 19.99 might reasonably be the lowest.
2) They sure do. Only one achievement is needed to unlock the chrome sawed-off shotgun for Gears 3, as well.
3) The CD key can be used as many times as you require so it can be installed on multiple machines. But the disc is necessary to play, of course.
4) I think so, but I'm not 100% certain. It's been a while since I installed and played it.
