Hi guys,

i have a big problem. i have bought me Bulletstorm Yesterday and at first it says me
it have to update windows live. ive done it, but it didnt worked.
and today i tried again and it works but it says me now it needs the Product-key....
so i have entered the key but it says me "The Productkey you have entered is in use by an other Windows live ID".
but i didnt have used the key before... how it is possible?

pls help me



PS: yes! im sure the Key i have entered is right!.
