Well, this is my progress, pretty much, hoping to get Seriously 3.0 very soon, but boosting the rest is getting really boring. D: but yeah, my progress...
Also I did sort of write this all up from scratch, but it was a while back, I just copy and pasted it from another site I have it posted on, if you're wanting to know.

Yeah I saw a method with the HoD on gridlock, not sure if it had to be repeated on that same map all the time or not, but yeah I was thinking either Mulcher or Mortar and then just bang, don't plan on really working on Heavy Weapons at the moment though and was really wanting to earn Skunker though legit gameplay. :3

What's the best way to Idle boost TDM? Might have to do that to get that Onyx, also a quick way to get Sawed-Off kills, if anyone could let me know, thanks.

Already found out some good methods, they are pretty much like yours that you've mentioned,

Respawns: 10
Rounds to win: 1
Number of bots: Fill
Bleed out: 60
Friendly fire: Off

and I have all weapons disabled, might go quicker if I add boomshots i suppose? Seeing as I'm only getting roughly 150 games played per 12 hours..
and yeah doing the Sawed-Off kills in KotH, but I've been doing it on Trenches been getting at least 100 - 130 kills per 20 minutes, which is good, but yeah, thanks for the help.
I'll probably add Boomshots tonight when I leave it idle boosting and turn on Friendly fire too, thanks again.

Pretty much this. There isn't a lot of websites that tell you whats best for this medal, etc. You can look up on youtube though, usually you'll find a couple of videos showing you how to boost TDM or Battle Mistress or something else, really handy.

Only got 1 gold at the moment and it's Skunker, not really that close to Onyx'ing it, but hopefully... Soon...
My only main concern for the last few medals is Wingman, I would like to find a effective boosting method for it, cause I've seen people say they get about 100 matches played per 12 hours, not sure what this method includes though.

and yeah, I'm level 400, did none of that Campaign boosting crap, legit earned it in Multiplayer (no bots).

The best way to boost Wingman is to play 2 controllers versus 2 insane bots. All pick-ups disabled. For some reason the bots will rush towards you and kill you almost instatntly ending the match in 4 rounds. Don't know better way to get this medal out of the way. I decided to onyx Wingman and Skunker before I move on to other modes.

I disagree with the 'rushing' of the bots without weapons, only because I tried this last night and the first map in the rotation is pretty much Academy, and I set the time limit to 2 and all they did was throw smoke grenades at me, assuming that shouldn't happen, should of done this medal ages ago. Finally got the gold medal for Heavy Weapons, still another 4,000 more kills roughly.
Wingman is progressing along... Slowly...
Skunker I suppose is still moving along legit.

Wingman will still take at least another 2 - 3 weeks.
Then by then I should have Seriously 3.0!

If you wanna work on heavy weapons, try the setup I used:

15 round KOTH set to 240 Pts per round on Drydock.
Disable all other pickups, set the Oneshot/Mortar spawns to Mulchers and the Longshot/Torque Bow to Mortars or Oneshots (your preference).

I averaged between 500 to 600 kills per match (this was due to me working on other medals as well).

Let me know of this works out for you.

I got told this method, and I'm using it right now.
You'll get roughly 80 - 90 matches done per 12 hours.

Score Limit: 10
Time Limit: 2
Bots: 1
Bot Difficulty: Insane
Friendly Fire: No
Bleed Out: 60

And you must have a second controller, what you do is you put the Insane bot on a seperate team, while you put you have your second account(guest account, I suppose), on another team, then leave it from there. Also disable all weapons.

Also as for this, this works too, but if you want to work on skunker at the same time, you can keep doing Gridlock in a private Warzone match, with a OneShot replacing the LongShot. You'll get roughly 8 - 10 kills per match + 1 Skunker ribbon.
Method is as follows;

Rounds to win: 2
Time limit: 2
Bots: Fill
Bot Difficulty: Casual
Friendly Fire: Off
Bleed out time: Doesn't really matter, mines at 60 cause I boost Wingman and leave it at that.

Then start up a match, Warzone of course, and change the LongShot spawn to OneShot and the rest of the spawns to Disable. That's about all.
You'll get roughly 30 Skunker ribbons and 300 Heavy Weapon kills per hour.
