A little map analysis

With FoN the total map count has hit a very impressive 25 for Gears 3. Now what i'm asking is which map do you guys feel is the best map overall. Not so much your favorite map but which map do you find works the best across the 5 major game types? (TDM, KOTH, Execution/Warzone, Guardian/CTL, Wingman). I do want to keep this Versus but if anyone is an expert on Horde and Beast then your input is appreciated as well.

This format should do:

1) Best overall map
2) Worst overall map
3) Map with the most potential to be better then it is with a few tweaks?

Best - Jacinto
Worst - Overpass/Sandbar/RavenDown
Potential - Blood Drive

None of the maps really stick out to me as far as potential goes though. At least not like Grindyard did on Gears 2. That map could've been the greatest map of all 3 games if the weapon swaps weren't completely awful across the board.

Best - Academy/Drydock/Aftermath/Sandbar - Fave is Academy now.
Worst - None imo, Overpass was broken - I hate Blood Drive though
Potential - Overpass

A lot of great maps. I also like Checkout and maybe, yes maybe it is also a fave map. I love the G3 maps, only one I don't is Blood Drive. But even then I still like it.

Worst Map: Overpass/Sandbar
Potential : Artillery, horrible weapon placement.

Tend to disagree, Artillery is very well made. Weapon spawns are fantastic on it.

Best Maps- Academy, Jacinto, Artillary, Clocktower, and The Slab.
Worst Maps- Overpass, Escalation.
Most potential with a few tweaks- Aftermath, The Depths, Overpass (If there was an elevator at boom/Torque spawn that map could have been salvageable).

I agree with all of your "best maps" except Artillery, i think it needs a few tweaks myself. Aftermath may need to swap spawns when you take the enemy sniper area then i think it could be a best map

Blood Drive suffers more from the weapon balance of the game but that is whole other discussion not for this thread
