    Default Tess Masters (Bernie's Voice Actress) should have used her actual voice....

    Tess Masters, the voice actress of the lovely Bernadette Mataki, has a good natural voice. If you listen to her talk, it has a good fluxation and her natural voice is exactly what I and other fans expected her voice to sound like. However, I don't know why but they made her voice very high pitched and terribly paced. What do you think?     IMO the only problem with the voice was that I think she was trying too hard to sound like an older woman ( Reason for the high pitched voice). Wish there was another option.

    i really enjoy bernies voice in game, not only for being able to troll all my friends who crack up or rage every time they hear 1 of her lines

    I think she put too much effort into the voice, i like here regular voice much better.

    I dont like it, sounds weird to me, im not sure if she is putting on the accent or its natural, but I come from that part of the world and it just makes me cringe and wonder how the rest of the world views the great southern land when they hear that (and I know she is probably sposed to be maori, but really that basically makes her australia)

    I personally liked the voice she provided for Bernie. Either way, she would've done just nicely.

    Should of used the regular voice, the voice she uses is unbearable!
    Gears 1: = Cole Train/Baird and RAAM
    Gears 2: = Tai and RAAM/Cyclops--Gears 2 Rank: = \\x//
    Gears 3: = Tai/Sam and Locust usually varies/Mostly RAAM--Gears 3 Rank: = \\x//

    Yeah, she would have done fine with a normal voice. My question is: if Tess voiced Bernie, why does Bernie have Sam's Retro scream? Seriously, do a Retro charge with both ladies, tell me it's not exactly the same.

    They also make the same sound when getting shot. Nothing special about it... they just felt like giving 'em the same sound. Dumb, I know.
