UT3; cant uninstall ? {or install- but im using it}

So how is this possible?;

-UT3 [game] totally crashes on me
^^ [because i made a custom jumppad and it apparently destroyed scraperlobby ]

- I insert the disc and it says "Install", but Uninstall is not possible....

- Mean while i am simultaneously using editor/ mapping!!

- Since i have purchased more than 4 copies of UT3 in my lifetime;

-Can i have a new 1 please.

[P.S i have had this problem for like 2 years]
