Retina Update for IB1?

I know that most of the developers' time is probably focused on other things right now, but it would be amazing if the original Infinity Blade was updated for the new iPad display. Any chance of that happening?

Granted, they do need to fix the bugs, but can you do what they do?

I agree, IB1 would be great with a retina update but I also feel like they should concentrate on the clash mobs for IB2. I mean we've been waiting for IB2 content updates for a while now so most would probably appreciate that first.

Yep, saw his post. Meant it more in a way that even though we know the release date surely they will still be working on it until it does release. On a side note wonder what part of "fall" we'll be seeing Dungeons release, it'll be great to see what they do with a new gameplay style.

Yeah I'm not arguing with the need for bug fixes and new content, I'm just saying that improving the graphics on IB1 would be awesome. It's just that after I started up IB2 on this thing and saw how incredible it looked, I went back to IB1 for comparison and saw how bad it looked in comparison. Was just throwing the idea out.

Sorry man, I doubt it. chair is so busy working on the story update coming next month or so...

I know what you are saying MPLewis, but I almost like the slightly less amazing graphics. Although AMAZING graphics are great, I would much rather have EXCELLENT graphics and zero lag. IB2 has quite a bit of slashing lag.

Maybe that's just where my interests lie, but I am willing to sacrifice a little clarity for some speed.

Hm, I'm not having any lag problems whatsoever on my iPad. Maybe it's just your device?

And I don't know, it just seems like the original infinity blade would look ridiculously awesome with the new retina graphics, especially since we're all used to the old ones. Granted, I know it's a long shot and I'd definitely prefer new content and games to this update, but I still figure if I mention it on the forums, maybe somebody will take notice.
