Starting a GB team. (Scrims as well)

Intro:

I'm starting a Gears 3 team. We'll be doing ranked, GBs, and team scrims. I'm in between joining different teams at the moment and haven't been put anywhere for sure, but none the less I'd like to have people to play with, and if nothing works out, I'll start my own. So that's what I'm doing right now. Don't be afraid to message me for a tryout (after all it's only xbox and there's nothing to lose).

Our team isn't going to be required to change our gamertags. I don't judge on KD or WL (obviously both should be positive though).

All about me:

I'll tell you my general stats and playstyle (although my stats don't matter); My overall KD on Ranked is about a 2.2, with a WL of 2.4 (averaged throughout all the gamemodes), and my KD on Quick matches is about 4.2, with a WL of about 5.3. I'm Re-upped. I haven't played too much as a competitive team, but I can learn positions easily, and I trust our team is going to do that and grow together. I watch a lot of pro teams and pick up general knowledge. I can play a lot of support (because I don't trust my gnasher all the time because of this game's inconsistency), but I can do whatever. I communicate A LOT. I can be the team leader, although I'm not afraid to step down to a better one. I can tell people strats, ways to push, where to set up, when they can move up for a cross, and where the enemies are and where they're going to go. Knowing where they'll go or are, I can tell our team where to go. The team name or whatever is also going to be FLX. Not that it matters too much, but that's what I'll be putting down on scrim messages and GB team names, etc.

Requirements and Expectations:

I want people to be willing to learn, communicate, and be very social and friendly with our teamates. I don't want our team to be just a bunch of people met on the forums that play together and are awkward and obnoxious together; I want us to all be friendly, be able to really analyse a situation and make the most of it for next time. I want us to be like a mini gears family team sorta thing. We won't be amazing right off the bat; we need to learn who plays what and what the smart things to do are. I want people to be very vocal. We need constant callouts and we need to be able to really take our teams advice. I want us to be able to hear the callout and just do it immediately. I want us to totally trust what our teammates are telling us to do. If he says, "move up, so and so has got your cross," I want us to be able to trust that. I don't want anyone keeping quiet and letting themselves get killed without telling us their situation if they need help right there, or for the next round. Help yourselves and each other. Callout if you need us to focus fire on YOUR guy.

Sum it Up:

I just want us to grow as a team and become friendly, no LAN events though. We don't have to change our gamertags, good communication, and I want us to play against other teams at our level or better.

Hi man, to be honest reading your thread makes me excited.
I would like to join ur team, although i'm italian but i'm pretty good on english, i also follow a lot of gamers on youtube, like: glodglove or the amazyn team, so i know a lot of callouts, it shouldn't be a problem,
I was looking for a team like what u descripted, ready to grow up i think. I also played a bit on gamebattles but i don't feel good on 1v1, because the stupid people that u can find there.
