UDK Rendering?

[STRIMIX]

I need help and i seen this somewere but i don't know how its done or what its called.

I have a camera animation that just flyies through my map and i don't wan't to use fraps to record because you don't get that good quallity i wanna have.
So i know you can let udk render the fly through in frames and turn them into image files, then turn those image files into a movie clip again. (this way you don't get laggy video's)

Does anyone know how this can be achieved.
