Game Mode and Menu question

I understand that the default game type is Deathmatch. In the UDK frontend menu it lists 3 gametypes, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the flag. Without creating a new and different Game Mode..is it possible to change the Default UDK Menu Game Type button from "Deathmatch" to say "Simulation" ? Or whatever I choose.
