Replace the Level 400 Wings (Now with Reply!)

Quinn DelHoyo, via Twitter, commented on this issue. When asked if the wings would change, he replied, "Nope. Would have if we could have."

Here is a comparison of the level 100 and level 400 wings.
The level 100's are at the top, level 400's at the bottom.

Epic, please change this. Why do we get rewarded with the same wings as the level 100 wings? That's not cool.

Let this be a lesson to everyone: do not go past red re-up, or you will forever be stuck with the first level 100 wings. For eternity. =(

they are not exactly the same. the level 100 is bronze and level 400 is gold. did you think they were going to look different or something.

lol i thought the level 400 was the top >.< but yeah make i so you can tell the difference like keeping the the gold and just adding a number telling you which re up you're on

they are not exactly the same. the level 100 is bronze and level 400 is gold. did you think they were going to look different or something.

I cant tell them difference between them... seriously. Maybe they will look different in person but you would think for being the last prestige star it would be a little bit more distinguishable.

For level 400, there should be some type of way to distinguish it. Either a different color or maybe 2 colors, red and white or whatever. Maybe even a glowing wing that changes color. People should know when they see a level 400.

well they do. that person that took that picture doesnt have a good camera or something but on your tv you can easily tell the difference between bronze and gold.

No you can't. I have an HDTV, and that pic is what they look like. There is virtually NO difference between "bronze" and gold, because the bronze isn't bronze. It's gold, but dimmed by like 2%. It's the same thing.

From what I understand from sources out there there are to more re-up levels all the way up to onyx. Honestly What I'd like from Epic is once you max you're level meaning Level 400 if you could get the other colors of the wings like green and the red. Just a thought.

The Green re-up wings are Green. The Red re-up wings are Red.
The Blue (final) re-up wings are the same as the first level 100 wings.

Yep the wings are green, looks pretty good, IMHO.... I'm 82 haven't played in a couple weeks, kinda burned out...Gonna get blue by the weekend though....

^ Yep. They're easy to distinguish in contrast but very hard separately. Plus, gold is boring. So I'm staying at green or red. The latter most likely.

For those of us already at Blue 100 (aka Retarded 100), we should be able to choose what color our wings are.

I think they need an especial Medal . for it . dont get it why we will have the same 100 lvl Medal , while they can change the color and design anytime they want .

They could do a black edging or centre with gold / chrome trim
Or a dark grey with a blue trim/glow
or a black with a slight white glow to distinguish from background!

Yeah, I couldn't find it anywhere either, which is why I had to take a photo from my TV lol.
I can take a screen cap of it when I get my capture card in a few days, if you'd like.

When I was editing the wings, I found that platinum wings with an onyx star in the center looked pretty good. Or onyx wings with a blue finish on the outside, and around the star in the middle.

You could just search for a Youtube video showing the level 100 wings, and use Print Screen. Since they're the same, it won't matter =(
