    Default Mac OS X Packaging issues...

    I'm having trouble getting a working build out to OS X with 2012-01. So far the only option that works is "Release_64 - ReleaseScript - Shipping_32". However the launch time is so slow that you think your machine has crashed. Perhaps there's nothing that can be done about that but upon loading, I'm unable to successfully run the game fullscreen.

    The default settings are for 1280x720 windowed of course. If I "SETRES" from the console or alter the .ini files to "Fullscreen=True" then the app launches with a fullscreen blank grey screen. I can hear the UI sndfx in the background but no image. I can Expose see all the windows that are running and I can see the old 720P UDK window running behind this blank grey screen. But everytime you switch to UDK it moves in behind the blank screen. I get this behavior on both a current model 17" MacBook Pro as well as a MacPro with a Quadro 4000 display card.

    Also, I have a Bink video texture playing inside my level on a BSP plane that displays perfectly in my PC builds but just cycles fully solid colors (red, yellow, etc.) inside the Mac build. The Bink video player for Mac plays the file fine externally.

    So far my current experiments show that I'm able to get UDK running on my Mac OSX either full screen or windowed mode. However, if I switch resolutions then it am presented with just a white screen.
