[UT2k4] Looking for some mutators

Hello,
I would like to ask, if somebody doesn't have the BTR-80A V3 'Puma' from this site http://ut2004.levels4you.com/downloads.php?cat=182 (uploaded: Wednesday, March 10th 2010). I'm asking because I have one but its before 2010 and i don't have L4F account and can't download it. If somebody had it, can upload it somewhere?
Also a small question: is there a newer version of Car launcher than 5 (5.4)?

There isn't any difference in that link for that BTR and the one that I posted? Because the one you posted is marked V3 but it has only 4.33MB and on L4Y have 6.22MB.
And for the car launcher, I asked only because in CL5 is a small bug in renaming the "duplicite" vehicles and if there isn't newer version fixing it.

If that is the version of the BTR-80 that does not seem to change to a different vehicle when it hits the water it's the correct latest version.

Whoops! I found the Car Launcher 5 (5.4) here at post #2. Sorry about that. Came from the Unreal Wiki user Dezro, I'm sure that the mutator is a final release though.

Is possible to "rip" vehicle from map? There is some maps that have "unique" vehicles inside it but there are no external data for it (example: VCTF-[Men@Work] - Aegis, ONS-Torlan-Badgers - Badger, ONS-TWMushroomForest - "toon vehicles" and few others). When I try to find it in CL5 vehicle list, there isn't it. I found in the UT2004.ini the CL5 options and there are the vehicles you used. I know that you can copy vehicle "name" (the example: BTR80Av3.BTR80A_H, its name or code?), paste it here, but replacing vehicle in that column, it won't appear again and it's easy to create a .ucl file, include the vehicle "code" and it will be int the list but you still need the map for the vehicle data.

Normally most vehicles can be found in Winkyboy's vehicle index (such as badger) but it seems to be down... O_o

Is there a simple mutator for infinite/regenerate ammo for UT2004? Because all I watched are weapon "mod" containing so many options that would probably collide with others mutators. I know about Advanced Regeneration or EvenGround150 but I can't download them because all links are dead or it is as attachment on forum (that I'm not registered on it). Can someone reupload them or make a really simple "ammo configuration mutator" with only two options - Ammo regeneration (with changeable setting as amount of given ammo in % and seconds for next ammo) and infinite ammo or if is possible, ability to change max. amount of ammo (just like in the UT2004 RPG mutator).

Couldn't change the max ammo amount, but I guess that's not so important, if you've regenerating ammo anyway.
