It's bloody - but Lambent Blood. Ingame give it a slight glow (like the Imulsion and Flame skins) - so it'd be brighter ingame than in this image.
Would just be a simple recolor and add a glow.

I'm usually using Bloody on all of my skins except Hammerburst (based off my username - guess what skin I use on the Hammerburst). However since winning the Infected Omen - those are on my shotguns. So Bloody is on both Lancers.

If this skin was made I'd be using Lambent Blood on my shotguns, normal blood on my Lancers.

PS: Epic please make the Lambent Drone a playable MP character! I ripped RAAM, Theron and the Lambent Drone and he's well within the size limits - he's much smaller than RAAM and the Therons
