Somebody can create a mod which gives the vision infrared of the predator..... On this video, it is an assembly but it could be really funny to mutateur.


If somebody has the knowledge to make it, please made the it is too excellent.

Great idea... Thinking about it. It could be nice if the predator is a one man team playing against all the others.
Evenmore if the predator has special skills, like a 15 sec. Invisibillity, health regen, higher jump, faster playing speed
And only one 'predator' gun. With the three red dots as a mark. Or am i going overboard with this idea?

I think that it must be complicated to make ....... but if somebody makes it. It is going to be the pure madness.

It is a crazy idea, but if somebody makes it, it will be really excellent. The video is an assembly and it is already fabulous then In the reality in game ....... Woaw....... I hardly dare to imagine.

- Mutator
- Bonus recoverable as U damages.

Right button attacks of melee, left button, attacks in the fire weapon / energy weapon.

One could imagine a self-destruction devastating as in movies.

There is anybody who can make it?

If yes and that you read this message, please think of this project. I have no knowledge in programming just the ideas ......

I am aware that this project asks for a lot of work but it can be an excellent mod.

Invisibillity, higher jump, faster playing speed, It is already present in the Mutant mod:

A mixture of "HoboKnifeFight" and mutant mod could already give the base of the gameplay miss more than the infrared vision and the triangular red reticule.

Afterward it is necessary to change the appearance of " HoboKnife " for claws of this kind :

Ah, yes. I see. Welll predator is kinda mutant. That mod isn't finished though.

Almost everything elements are here set apart the infrared vision. The idea is clean and Clear. But I have not the knowledge to make this mod, and if nobody of qualified is not interested in it, then it will be only an idea which will fall in forgets it.

It's a pity because there is a real potential.

Thanks to you, you are apparently the only person whom this project interests. But I think that quite as me, you has no knowledge necessary in its creation.

I am satisfied that the mod that I posted pleases you, I took a lot of pleasure to play it too and it gives a good outline of what this the predatory mod could look like.

You're welcome and it's a good thing to share ideas.
And for me there is no rush, perhaps in the future something like this could emerge.
I play ut3 for only a month now. I'm sorting out community maps that I like.
After that i might try some things out with the code.
I'm no coder but i have some trail-and-error experience with the Quake3 code.
And there must but all kinds of sources of info around these forums and others.

Perhaps if we start small we can create it ourselves
The experience of trying could be fun.

The whole predator thing reminds me of a gameplay idea i have for a long time.
It's hard to describe but i'll give it a go in the near future.
It's in a very predator style but also much more....
