Problem moving a skeletal mesh in Matinee with root motion.
So I have a skeletal mesh animated with root motion. I'm trying to move it in Matinee with it's own root motion. It moves correctly when previewing in Matinee (the play button and the slider), but it doesn't move when previewing it in game.
I know the matinee is playing because it has a camera and a static mesh mover and they are playing correctly.
Any idea why? TIA.
Did you set the physics of your skeletal mesh to PHYS_Interpolating ? If not, right click skeletal mesh to bring up its properties, and you can find it under the 'Movement' tab. Hope this helps. Right now I'm having a problem with the animation in matinee because I can't figure out how to set up the root bone options to stay in one place like you can with the animtree by setting  to RBA_Translate.
EDIT: I realize your trying to use root motion, the first option I gave you might help, but I forgot to mention that you need to delete your movement track if using Root Motion.
