Looking for a casual (eventually competitive) team.

Hello.
I'm looking for a team or some people that would like to play together casually or at least aren't looking to be competitive right away.
I just want at least a couple weeks of fun play and working on strats. After this we can decide to make a team or just scrim against better people.
I have the new maps and I suggest you have them, too so we can play on dedicated servers.
