Lancer game isn't enough to win tournaments. You have to have much much more then that. Nsanez lost because of how prepared and practiced Infinity is. They stayed together through Hype 1, and their chemistry shows in each one of their matches.

The NSANEZ is working with a brand new roster. They did amazing during hype, and they were on fire in their match against Infinity, but they just aren't as practiced. If they stay together through Hype 3, they'll be much much better and have a great shot at infinity. They have really amazing teamwork, they just need to practice more on how to play against an aggressive team such as infinity.

But yea it was just annoying how it was a continuaion series and infinity was up 3-1 from the jump. Besides infinity has been together longer than this new roster for nsan3z so im sure theyll perform even better at the next hype.

I understand perfectly what you're saying, and I too don't agree it should be a continuation series. It shouldn't be double elimination either. You lose, you're out. But remind me who won in the semifinals? Was it Infinity or Nsanez? Be careful, you wouldn't want to bash their chemistry again and then cover it up by saying you're not bashing them.

I want get in the middle of a conversation that's gone kind of wayward, but it should definately be double elimination since seeding beforehand isn't remotely close to an exact science (and I don't blame them) so the two best teams could play round one in a worst case scenario. Or teams like Apex who needed a warm up round and good sleep worse then most would have been screwed too. Love the double elimination, not so much the carry over.

Well Infinity/Nsanez met earlier in the tournament, its not like they were just handed free rounds. They won their advantage, the Nsanez had just as much of an opportunity to do so. They cant just start fresh because then they would be replaying maps they already played.

Well then they lost 3-1 to Infinity during mid tournament..they shouldn't have let that happen then.
NSAN3Z almost had a good comeback but Infinity had map count 6-4 best of 11. They won fair and surely showed who's the team to beat for Hype 3.
