Got season pass but cant download fenix rising

Hey guys. I got the season pass and am trying to download fenix rising but i cant.
When i click X to download, nothing happens. Pls help

Questions:
1. Were you at the main menu when the game asked you if you wanted to download the new Downloadable content?
2. Did you let the other DLC (Horde Command Pack and/or Raam's Shadow) finish download if they came first?

If you weren't in the main menu the game can't download it for you because it can't read if you have the Season Pass or not when you're at the dashboard.

I didn't understand how it worked either until I came into the main menu. Hope this helps. =)

No. I wasnt at the main menu i was trying to join a game. Can you please explain where exactly in the main menu i can do this ??? I looked everywhere but theres nothing related to download there.

Restart your game and the moment your game loads into the main menus it should automatically ask you if you want to download any of the 3 DLCs if you don't have them. (DLCs will take some time especially Raams Shadow and don't turn off your xbox or it won't download them even if you have the download while off on your xbox.) If this doesn't work than I can't help you past that. If it comes to that I'm truly sorry and you should contact Microsoft for help about this.

Edit: It's a pop up that just comes out of no where you can't miss it.

I assume this probem was resolved, but since the thread is still open, I want to say that if you aren't receiving the update notifications, go the marketplace and re-download the pass. Afterward, it should prompt you when you start gears.
