LOOKING to PUT together a SERIOUS Gears of War 3 Team.

We will be the newly revamped Gold Squad for the Clan 'KoG' which stands for Kings of Gaming. We are Team Echo, Gold Squad. I will be putting ALL of my time into this TEAM. We will be a TDM/KOTH based team.

Craze, What are the requirements for your team ?
Besides owning Gears.

First, and most IMPORTANT, Gears must take PRIORITY. We will have set scrimmages/practice sessions. These are important to make it too. We will plan strategies, figure out choke points, and become the best we can possibly be.

I dont care about K/D ratios, win/loss ratios, nor do I care about your current level. What I do care about is that you be able to communicate. You be able to listen and process orders, and if you make it that far, be able to issue smart and effective commands to the rest of your team mates.

You must be able to effectively handle yourself in the following situations.

How do I join your team Craze ?

Send me a friend request. If my friend list is full. which I think it is, send me a msg.. If your serious, i will GLADLY delete someone and make some room for anyone wanting to be on the team. If you send me a f/r or msg saying that want to get down. Im taking that as a agreement, that you want this too happen.

Upon accepting your friend request. Your name will be taken down. Youll be given a time and date based on your availability at that time, to set up a try out. If im not in a match at the time, youll recieve your tryout then. You do not have to WIN this TRYOUT to be considered for the team. I want to get a feel for how you play. I want to see how you act when placed in a certain scenario. If you impress me ( which isnt easy) youll be given a spot on the team.

How many people are going to be on the team ?

I want to get at least 10 people for starters. That way, when we start scrimmages, we can have a full roster of starters. And a "bench" of subs. If you make it into the starting five that does not mean, you will never lose your spot. Your spot is always up for grabs.

Your spot on the team is determined by your ability to listen, as well as issue commands, your performance in games. Compared to your other teamates.

Challenges can be issued once weekly. A challenge is a request from one user to another. When you challenge a user, you are fighting for their spot.

A challenge consists of the following. One match of TDM. One match of KOTH. One 1v1. Both users pick out of available teams. Whichever player performs better after a challenge has been completed keeps/earns his spot on a team.

If a user successfully issues, and wins a challenge, he cannot be challenged for a month. The same goes for a player that issues a challenge. and loses. Except for, the player that loses, cannot issue any challenges for a month.
