I can't get the Excel thing to work, but I'm currently lvl100 with 35 onyx medals in the bank, so I gotta be around 55%. I have several gold medals not far from onyx, but I'm going to leave off those until I Re-up. I'm hoping to have seriously 3.0 by the time DLC4 arrives.

edit - I found another one and on my onyx medals I am 66.77% complete.
