Epic ALERT I just got the update now I can't join any matches.

I just got the Title Update 3 and now I can't join ANY matches. I can't even join a server starting new quickmatch with bots! Please fix this ASAP it looks like the servers are running a different game version to me now

It's out just got it on both my xboxs when I started up gears3 with the mrs. Now we both cannot play?

Ive got the same mate, dont stress.. Just give it a little while for the update to go round the internet. When everyone online has downloaded the update, you will be able to join matches. Jump on a few private matches and go after some medals for half hour.

EPIC!!!! You guys just Pissed me the F**K Off just now! I was in a middle of a RANKED MATCH, and all of a sudden I been DISCONNECTED from Xbox Live because of the Gears UPDATE!. Like now I just received a RANK DISCONNECT a LOST, and My WINS/LOSS Ratio Went down!. I'm very FRUSTRATED! if you can fix this I will be happy, because It still says I have a Pending available. If NOT, I will put this game down the SHREDDER!!!

Calm down. Is simply due to servers being updated and players not having the title update yet, they are still updating the servers to the current title update, meaning your game right now is incompatible to the servers. Give it a few hours so people can download it and the servers are updated.

They arent going to address your one match, its not that serious.

I keep getting logged out of XBL, not sure if it's a GOW issue. But damn it I wanna play, have only managed two games of Beast in last few hours due to this issue and not tried Versus yet... Hopefully it settles now and a few games will be played...

Had an Issue with Horde after downloading the update. Wave one, everybody is ready to go and…. No enemies spawn.

I've seen the no enemies in Horde issue pre-TU3. On Sandbar, not sure if it's map specific but I spawned in a different location to the usual starting point in that instance.

We have the same problem from our location but the difference is we've been experiencing it since TU2. The only way to play is just joining buddies from other countries that can find matches.

How is it possible that there's still people that didn't download TU3? I turned on my Xbox a few nights ago and I HAD to download it to play. Is this TU being released in different dates in different Xbox Live Regions?

I can't join any quickmatches, but can play Horde with no problems.

Was playing Gears 3 online for only 4 days since I got the game. Now this update comes and I can't join any matches anymore. My version does not match theirs! Is this a problem with the update that should rather be removed and taken a look at again? I tried clearing the system cache and downloading the update again several times but it still does not work.

When will a fix be available for this?

As title it's almost 48h that this problem is running, I can't play the challenge section of the multiplayer game. Since I paid something like 50 euros for the game plus another 25 for the season pass plus that damn 60 euros for the gold xbox live account I DEMAND to have a better service!
48h are too much time for a problem like this, solve it or let's just turn back to the prepatch! I'll file an official complain, for what it matters.

Mine still won't work. All ports open speed tested with servers on the other side of the globe and my ping never got above 143. Nat open. I get rooms with mostly bots maybe 2 or 3 people max and takes 15 minutes to even connect to a bot room. I feel like I'm getting worse at playing cause bots don't even pose a threat and are making me stupid. Is there something that can be done on my end to remedy this or is this Epics/Microsofts issue? I just switched ISP's on january 5th and its still wonky.

So u can connect to matches but it's most of the time empty the room?

Yeah basically after 10 minutes of waiting in say team death match quick match I get a bot room with maybe 1 or 2 real people in it. So frustrating. I'm located in new jersey and my ISP is Verizon fios. My ping is not high. And all my ports are open. This is so annoying. Any help is apreciated
