My friend has been complaining to me about how when he goes to play raams shadow stupid things happen in the game that prevent him from continuing.

Spoiler alert: primarily when he goes outside of the school and the berzerker is supposed to come outside. It never shows up therefore he can't continue. I told him to delete raams shadow from his hard drive then redownload it. His worry is that he will lose progress on other achievements like foreshadowing.

What should he do and will it delete his progress
