entry point except handler4 common cannot be located

Hello there. I am new here.
I have joined the forum so that I may report this problem and hoping that someone here would tell me how to solve the problem. So I have successfully installed UDK from udk.com and after I had downloaded udk and installed, I opened UDK editor and udk game and came up with the error "The procedure entry point_except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.". Can someone pls help me solve this problem.

Sounds like a .NET Framework problem. Install the 3.5 SP1 version and check again.
