All DLC not showing up yet all content was previously downloaded...

Hello this topic is actually for my brother. He just got out for the holidays so we were in the process of booting up to play the recent Raam's Shadow campaign. On his system none of the DLC is available yet all is visible via his hard drive. The was no qualms when he downloaded the horde command pack back in the day. The items that fail to show up include the Season Pass, character skins, and the package for all weapon skins. He has tried re-downloading all the material after restarting his system but to no avail and recovered his gamertag multiple times. Any help with resolving this issue will be much appreciated since it is rather ridiculous that he paid for all these items and suddenly no product.

I believe I know the problem...
It is due to you guys both having some overlapping DLC I believe.

I've got a fix for it, but I need to go look through my old posts to find it...(it take a while to type)

Try This:

1) Go to your system memory
2) Delete all profiles from the account
--makes sure to select 'profile and items'
3) Delete all GoW3 data from your HD
--This includes updates and DLC (characters, maps, skins, ect)
--This doesn't include the Beta stuff
4) Clear system cache
5) Recover the profile you want to play on
6) Start up GoW3
7) Get the updates
8) Download the booster pack
9) (optional) Go to DL history and re-download any DLC onto your xbox
10) you should be good to go

Note:
When you DL your old DLC (skins, characters, ect) you need to get it from the account that got it originally.
---probably your hacked account
Because of this, you wont have access to those characters and stuff until you get your account back
---but you will have the maps to play on

Hopefully it does...
It seems to happen when you have 2 different profiles download something on an XBox.

We use my friends Xbox at school.
He had: all maps, all updates, some skins, some characters
It worked fine for us...then
I downloaded: Mech Baird and Sav Kant onto his Xbox
The next time we played, he didn't have access to any of his stuff (or mine)

We did this fix, and it worked.
--only problem is that I can't DL my DLC onto his XBox.

It didn't seem to work for him. We both have our own consoles so I moved my profile and gears multiplayer data over using that new cloud feature last weekend when I spent the night. I moved my stuff back over the other day to download Raam's Shadow on my system and everything runs smoothly on my end. I have no clue why he is having so much trouble.

Strange....sorry man, it's worked for others...not sure what is up with his.

Dang that really stinks. Rather big oversight on Epic's part. Hopefully they patch this glitch soon then. Thanks for the post FireHero.
