You know, instead of coming here and crying about it, you could have just left the game. I mean it takes like 30 seconds to find a new game. I find teams in Quick Match all day, half of the time they get smashed on. Just because they are ORGANIZED doesn't mean you can't play organized. Hell, just an hour ago me and my 2 buddies took this team of 5 from 13 respawns down to 0 as the last 3 players on our team.

The OP is right. Playing stacked in a Quick Match is like showing up with the cross country team to a playground game of tag. If you don't absolutely dominate, you're absolutely terrible. If you do absolutely dominate, you're still an asshole (and, chances are, still absolutely terrible). It blows my mind when I see teams of 4 or 5 in Quick Match. Yes, it's your game. Yes, you can play it how you want to. Yes, playing stacked in Quick Match nevertheless makes you look like you're nervous about the thought of competition.

You should be a team of big boys and girls. Ranked isn't that scary!

The point buried under all these biased opinions is that this game needs better matchmaking so that people who don't want to wait for a stacked team or GOD FORBID want to play the game THEY PAID FOR by themselves and have a modicum of fun without worrying about getting cheated out of a win BEFORE the game is even started.

I lone wolf i don't have enough people who care about gears 3 after all the dumb **** epic has done to it to play on request so yeah its a big issue in my opinion. Regardless it wouldn't even affect people who play stacked,if anything would take this game a step closer to being a competitive game instead of what it currently is which is stacked teams getting easy wins day in day out.

I play on a "stacked" team, because I'd rather play with coordinated skilled players than randoms that are terrible. Every serious player on my friends list has a K/D of anywhere from 1.7 to 2.2 . We play both Quick and Ranked. I used to be more like you, just lone wolf it, since I know what needs to be done. However, when you are stuck with randoms that don't know how to do pushes toward power weapons or call out enemy positions/flanks etc, it will do nothing but frustrate you.

Maybe you should find a friend or two to play with and you'd understand this.

This is a very ignorant statement. In order for a team to be stacked, each individual player on that team has to be good and then for the team to flourish and win games consistently they will have to play together a lot. 5 random players who are good don't always win against bums since they aren't used to playing with said players, but as time goes on the overall teamwork becomes almost unbeatable unless matched against another squad of equal skill and teamwork. Know what your saying before you post, otherwise you just end looking like another ignorant ass dude on the internet.
