Nope,i asked. If there's another hardcore weekend,you can search for matches that have hardcore enabled horde and beast.

for campaign you must choose b4 you start. if you join in game it's what ever the host has picked. beast and horde are all normal do to the fact that most players suck at higher levels. in order to change that you must play a pvt match with friends or go in solo.

Oh ok you mean change before you start as a.public match that let's random players join?

That was the nice thing in two.You could set your default dificulty level if you happened to grab host.Pretty cool,used to get it alot .

An insane event/week would be good but it would have been interesting to have a vote for difficulty before/after the map vote. Maybe in GOW4!
