So Epic you really need to fix your ****ing bugs in the game you guys messed my whole damn account up I was Lvl 100 over 200 hours of game time put into it, and I lost every ****ing thing all my medals my ribbons, mutators, executions, characters everything! I dont know what in the hell you plan on doing to fix your **** but you need to, I spent 150$ just for you guys because im that dedicated to you guys, and some **** like this happens what the hell Epic! I really thought you guys had almost everything fixed until what happened last night. Im utterly upset with this, I want you to know im not playing your games no more because that was the biggest let down ever! Oh and all of us lvl 100's have a problem with lower Lvls who have been handicapped its ****ing retarded and i tested this last night with my now lvl 3 account I ate all shots like a boss fix it please!
Epic your just a disappointment, you need to consider not just going for the money and fix the game! You guys should understand how hard the medals are to get you made the damn things, having those medals lost was just like having my gameboy taken away when I was younger! I hope this post make you guys feel like ****! CAUSE I DO!!!!!!

youre funny. if you lost everything, it's your own fault. Dont play offline, and dont hack or cheat. And considering how broken the other games were, it's stupid to say that youre disappointed with this game. I understand your frustration, but there are solutions, just look on the forums. It's called the search bar...

Look I didnt need to cheat in the game haha i was better then that, and how are saying its my fault haha that would be the game makers bud learn what your saying before you say something alright

Learn to talk without saying 'haha' as a place holder for a period. LOOK ON THE FORUMS. There are threads that should have solutions for your problem. And it is your fault, DON'T PLAY OFFLINE OR CHEAT. Simple as that. That is a gurantee 100% way to not get reset.

Im not stupid, and im not trying to piss people off, the only ways to have your account reset, is the prerequisits i mentioned earlier. There's basically no other way. And i'm trying to help you... Look at some of the threads on the forums like i've mentioned 3 times now, they should have a solution for you. And obviously you misunderstand the guidelines of the forums, don't use profanity or insult other members of the forums.

Not trying to come off as a jerk, but those claims are just that. Claims. There is no way to fix your rank once it's been reset. Steps could be made to prevent it from happening though.

Bjo 510 part of what you have said is right but part is wrong. If you get reset you dont lose your achievements. That can prove your rank by increments of 25 amongst other achievements to prove some of what youve accomplished in the game. And now i do backup my profile data but this should have been a big deal about making the gamers aware BEFORE this kind of thing happens rather than after the gamers have been reset.

This is absolutely COMPLETELY untrue. I am the person who made the very lengthy thread explaining the reset issue and how to backup your player data. If you had ever read that thread you would know there are MANY ways that a person can be reset besides playing offline and cheating. In fact, if you read almost any of the threads about resets you will find people saying they have been reset in many various ways. Saying there is no other way to be reset, and that not doing these things is 100% guaranteed not to get you reset is COMPLETELY UNTRUE. I hope no one reads that and believes you, because then they won't bother to backup their player data and that will lead to more resets. Once you have been reset and then boot up the game, there is NO WAY to get your data back unless you made a backup beforehand.

Blaming him for something that is not his fault is uncalled for, and you don't even have the correct information. You tell him to read the other threads, but obviously you have not read them either. If you're going to blame someone next time, then please have your facts straight. In fact, don't blame anyone at all next time. Just offer help or sympathy instead.

I play offline all the time havent been reset dont see why i would be reset if im playing offline.

I have been reset. Level 47. And I've never cheated. I think it happened to me because the network was going very slowly when I got in the game, and after this my profile just connected to xbox live. I guess I get reset for this.

I have not play until it happend (im still level 1). I delete the cache, re-download my gametarg, unistall the game and noting... (I get in the game a few times to verify it).

But, why EPIC could not download the backup copy from their servers to the affected people one day before happend this bug? It could be a solution?

I hope that does not happen to anyone else.

If you cant backup what you are saying then you have a serious problem kid, now do you have any proof that you havent played offline or cheated? So far, what ive seen is ppl who played offline to boost something or cheated like unlocking skins such as epic exclusive skins or anything have issues with their saves, until you have any proof this is just another rage from an angry kid.

Seriously, people need to stop saying this. I'll put it in caps this time so that hopefully people will actually read it. THERE ARE MANY MANY WAYS TO GET RESET OTHER THAN PLAYING OFFLINE OR MODDING!!! The guy who is saying those are the only ways to get reset is WRONG. Do your research, and stop accusing people. He doesn't need to "prove" that he didn't play offline or mod, because he could have been reset one of the other hundred ways that it can happen.
