I'd just like to point out that most of the things people are mad about in Gears3 are NOT caused by lag just made worse by it. Apart from bullet deley, getting hit as you go behind cover and the famous kill UPDATE. Everything else is still present in the game even running offline in private or in system link.
#Frags,Ink,etc not planting or exploding after you throw STILL happens in private matches.
#Bots getting close and punching you quicker than a player can. **Made much WORSE if your lagging even a tiny bit**
#Mantle kick not working happens ALL the time on systemlink ONLY time it works even then %95 is in private match as host.
#Chainsaw not working or very deleyed b4 it revs. This happens ALOT to me on systemlink and a little even in private so I think it's just bad programming (no surprise there epic)
#Getting stuck on walls. This happens Online, Offline and systemlink. It seems to be when alot is happening either on screen or elsewhere in the map, Some other games suffer from input errors when alot is happening it's possible the control system is just overcomplicated and as we know. Epic hav sub par programming skills.
So thats it. Simple really. Not Lag just bad game code.
