As you may or may not know, every week Team Epic Gamers {TEG} and Epic tweets a #FollowFriday {#FF} to a member of the community that we feel has gone above and beyond the call of duty. It's our way of thanking them and giving them a little recognition

So, the thought occurred to us, why not go big? Why not get the entire Gears community involved?

I would like to present to you,

"Nominate a #FF"

*Similar to the XBOX Dashboards, Gamer Spotlight, we would like you to nominate someone that you feel deserves to be recognized for their hard work, dedication, and overall big heart
*Every Friday we will chose a person and Epic and TEG will dedicate our #FF to them

Reason: for addressing the issue of the "Rank Reset" problem, describing the problem in detail, offering solutions when it happens and also offering suggestions on how to prevent it. He has done an incredible job of keeping the forum visitors apprised of the situation through his highly informative and useful posts. This is something Epic should have been doing but hasn't. His original post clearly involved a great deal of research and experimentation on how the problem occurs and ways to fix and prevent it. In my mind, he has clearly gone above and beyond what most people would do to help his fellow Gears of War gamers be informed about the situation. For that, I'd like to nominate this outstanding individual for his efforts.
