Actually, im quite pleased with it's growth. I'd rather have a steady stream of posts than a huge flash of posts, then nothingness

Reason: for addressing the issue of the "Rank Reset" problem, describing the problem in detail, offering solutions when it happens and also offering suggestions on how to prevent it. He has done an incredible job of keeping the forum visitors apprised of the situation through his highly informative and useful posts. This is something Epic should have been doing but hasn't. His original post clearly involved a great deal of research and experimentation on how the problem occurs and ways to fix and prevent it. In my mind, he has clearly gone above and beyond what most people would do to help his fellow Gears of War gamers be informed about the situation. For that, I'd like to nominate this outstanding individual for his efforts.

I completely agree with this, his thread about backing up data saved me a ton of worrying. I'm still trying to figure out some things about your save data that you updated offline and the server's data (which overwrites the other), but I'm glad I have a copy of my data, I would die if I lost everything in Gears. lol.

And I'm seeing a lot of nominations for Lycan, glad to see someone who deserves some credit is getting it. lol. Maybe we'll see a few of me here soon, huh Cher..? ;p

He deserves a special mention for many reasons.. He may only have been using these forums for a very short time, however he has been gifting so many gears players character skins, weapon skins and even xbox points for a while now.

He was planning on doing another drop via his twitter on his birthday which was on the 13th however his father suffered a serious heart attack and even though he was going through all these problems he still gave out codes - purely because he didn't want to let anyone down.

I've been watching his twitter via my cellphone the whole day and no tweets at all.. Even though he's a stranger people are giving a crap due to him being such an amazing guy. The only reason I joined the forums was because I saw someone was trolling his name as they were too slow to redeem the codes.
