Still not getting Double XP (Another one)

I have read most if not all the other posts relating to the double xp and still have not found a solution. Let me break it down exactly. I have been playing everyday since the event started expecting to get double xp. Over the weekend I was not getting any double xp at all, but I was getting the War supporter glitch. Now, I am only getting double xp in TDM, Execution, and Warzone. I am not getting double xp in KOTH and CTL which are my favorite game modes. Even when I play Alpha, when it is KOTH or CTL I am not getting the double xp. I have cleared my cache, reset my console, and tried everything. Is there any other ideas on what to do? Any help would be appreciated.

Nov 2. - Nov. 6 (NO double xp, only war supporter glitch)
Nov. 6 - present (Double xp in TDM, Execution, and Warzone only)
Nov. 2 - present (NO double xp in KOTH and CTL)

What a mess... I'm not getting any until now! In any mode!

KOTH and CTL the EXP is halved from other game modes to begin with. When 2x XP is going on you will be getting "normal" experience. The reason they did this is during the first 2 weeks of the game there were parties boosting HUGE scores in these modes and got to level 100 really quick. The EXP comes quick in these gamemodes and EPIC fixed it.
