Season Pass made things worse.

Ok, before people say anything, please before any hate, just please consider my help.

Today, I just downloaded my Horde Command Pack DLC with my Season Pass. I had 3240MSP.(Shown in this pic from 2 days before launch.)

My recently downloaded DLC(despite my Horde Command) was UNO(Downloaded around October 10th.)

But once I downloaded my Horde Command Pack, I LOST a HUGE chunk of my MSP. As a matter of fact, I lost 3200MSP.

I saved all those points so I can get all launch skins, But all my MSP is kinda wasted. I just want to know, WHY? The Season Pass was 2400. Why do I lose so much?

Yes. I had the Season Pass downloaded for quite awhile, now. When it asked to download the DLC at the start of today, I quickly said yes. I thought that was the proper thing to do.

Sadly your screenshot does not prove anything. Anyone can alter those numbers very easily using photoshop or even MS Paint. I am not saying you are lying, but if you want this sorted you should contact Microsoft customer service. They have your account information, that means they can also see what happened to your MS points through purchase history.

Well, I will be honest, I can't do Paint. And I can't even get Photoshop. Not even GIMP. But if you don't believe me at such state, then I won't blame you. but thank you, I will contact Xbox support immediately.
