    Digger is very effective on this map once it opened up. Torque is also more effective. Longshot wouldn't be as effective any more due to the more open space and therefore it will be easier to get flanked when sniping.

    Well thats your opinion and I already stated mine but this is from someone who likes to play competitively sometimes and use sniper a lot and have played since gears 1 and 2, a sniper can be used on any map regardless of your situation.

    So can a digger and it is more user friendly so will generally be more effective. Especially with the map opening up now.

    With a more open as you said with the map opening up now, would that not mean sniper would be better if its a more open map digger is not that effective at long rage only mid to close range as people can see it coming and have time to move, sniper you can not really see coming its there and then your gone lol and it can be use'd long, mid and short range but I completely understand where your coming from bro.

    just recently played overpass after not playing it for a couple of months. thought i missed playing on it because i never saw it ended up disliking it again by the end of the game

    If it is more open there is hardly any place for a sniper to set himself and snipe. But the Digger would be great for rushing and knocking people out of grenade spawn etc.

    Drydock sucks no matter what they do. IMO they should try switching the snipe/torque and heavy weapon spawns, as the map is all about camping by heavies. If the Mortar was on the other side you could actually make decent assaults on campers.

    Drydock is actually my favourite map. Very easy to spawn trap the opponents. Even sweater when you spawn trap a 5 man

    I disagree with the weapon swaps you said, as the Ink is very good at taking out campers at the Morter/One Shot.

    I don't understand why they chose this weekend to swap the Inks w/ Incends, because all I'm playing is TBT; I don't want to spend hours in a TDM game waiting for Drydock to come up so I can test some Inks...

    what ever happened to the mulcher being swaped on checkout? with that, what ever happened to updates as to future title updates and weapon swaps?

    Nothing new on Title Updates, and Quinn said that they're probably not going to make many more weapon changes (unless they decide to change the DLC maps).

    As for the Mulcher, nothing was ever even hinted by Epic's devs on that. It was just speculation and people asking for it.

    This makes me . This game can still be so much better with some swaps and some fixes

    We should petition Epic to make all the weapon tweak and swap changes permanent in the next TU. Right now, the changes still don't apply to offline games, and I believe the SO is still a monster in private games (HB changes I think carried over though). If stuff isn't going to change anymore, it should be updated.

    TU4 made all weapon changes (up to that point) work offline and on LAN.

    somewhere along the line frags were changed as well. it USED to be that if you threw 2 frags back to back within a close proximity, the first frag would blow up itself as well as the other frag, creating 1 large explosion.

    frags now blow up individually.

    I'm starting to hate Clocktower. Boomshot is WAY too important on this map and whichever teams gets it will almost always win, moreso than on any other map. It should be changed to Digger.

    Nah... Just play it smart and cross the Boom guy.

    That's when they camp at Boomshot. I'm talking about teams hoarding Boomshot the whole game, especially in KOTH where you can basically force your team to spawn on top of it. If you are against a competent team and they always get Boomshot you will lose. I have yet to play a game on this map that doesn't revolve around controlling Boomshot. Digger would be a lot more balanced on this map. Things would be more spread out instead of focused so heavily on Boomshot.
