    I wouldn't say "no chance". It's just the fact that there are very few people who have suggested the idea. Epic is tending to cater toward what the majority of players want. Most players seem to like the Longshot, so I don't see them changing it.

    I wish they'd change the Boomshot to Mortar/Hammer of Dawn on Overpass. It made it harder to camp up top.

    I don't like giving away trade secrets, but since it's Overcamp:

    There's a metal grating under the Scorcher you can shoot people through up top. GO under the columns to the sides of Scorcher and you'll see what I'm talking about.

    Also, a Boomshot can kill people sitting on the pillars up top, just swing wide from Boom spawn and hit the pillar about 6-7 feet from the ground. Trust me, it works.

    Hella stupid. Too many changes back and forth. Should've just kept the original, *u*b*s*e*. & why the *u*k would you remove rifle stopping power, *d*o*s! You want Gnasher to be overpowered again? Even though none of the rifles' stopping power should be removed, I think the Retro is too overpowering. Yall need to nerf that Retro Lancer. Don't you know that every motha foka out there is using the retro too much?

    They need to remove stopping power or at least tweak it. It's understandable that it slows me down if I run STRAIGHT at the opponent, but if I'm perpendicular to the , I should not be slowed as they shoot me in the side

    They ran a test without stopping power on the Retro and HB. Kill and down stats were not affected, so removing it wouldn't stop you from being killed.

    Amazing thread gnashes, really informative. I think guardian needs execution/warzone xp if Epic are not increasing rounds for guardian, but even if they do increase rounds I would like an xp bump to....TDM's xp, I actually was wondering, man I have 16 kills but 3000 xp? Guardian needs serious attention in the xp area, peace.

    I also don't blame Epic for the low xp, they probably thought games in guardian would be 30 minute games full of high kills.

    That was my guess as well. But with the changes rounds go by rather quickly compared to Gears 2's Guardian.

    Hopefully they'll change it in the near future.

    Still a **** modifier for Guardian XP. Seriously, why would anyone play this gametype? It's not even fun because games end in less than 5 minutes because every leader thinks he's jesus and can't die so he's rushing.

    They must think it's like Gears 2 Guardian where games lasted 20 minutes or more. This proves they don't actually look at data they get from the game because they would know these rounds finish before you stop pointing at the sky in the beginning of the round.

    The modifier I have listed is inaccurate. They changed it today before adding the 2x XP.

    SWAP SMOKES, which ever map has them, dont care with what, Inks' make the most sense since they act the same way(smoke cloud/stun...but actually inflict damage too)

    So I think there should be some changes to Jacinto. I like that the digger is on the map since it has the ability to be shot into the ceiling and explode above said ceiling, so I think it should be kept on the map, but Sniper needs to be there as well. so after careful consideration I believe it should go something like this...

    Round A:
    Sniper (Where torque is)
    Digger (Where incendiary is)
    Ink (Where Nades Spawn)
    Hammer of Dawn (Where it normally spawns)
    Boltok (Where the Gorgon/Boltok spawns)
    Mortar (Where it normally Spawns)
    Gorgon (Underneath the nades, where the boltok spawn was in Gears 2)

    Why I believe this set up will work: I think it balances nicely because there's frags for some sort of explosive force on the map, and they can be used up in the area for a last ditch effort, but the hammer can be used to slide and get them. Or someone can grab the digger and shoot the area from underneath. Or as a final choice they can grab the sniper and go up on the opposite side and pop their head. And the boltok can be up top to pop anyone trying to pick up sniper which I think can be far more of a threat than HOD. I think it's a fair mix of different weapons, without being to overwhelming. Like river.


    Round B:
    Torque (Where it normally Spawns)
    Scorcher/Incendiary (Where the incendiary normally spawn. I'm kinda on the fence with this one, but leaning towards incendiary)
    Frags (Where the normally spawn)
    Boomshot (Where it normally spawns)

    Gorgon (Underneath the nades, where the boltok spawn was in Gears 2)

    Why I believe this set up will work: First, the boltok is down low to pop the head of the boomshot, which is far more dangerous than the torque bow. Inks will be brought back to the map and will be on this round since we have boom and torque, we don't want to overdo it with explosives. This also will be interesting since now they stun, they are much more valuable and in a "Clutch Area" so can be an interesting turn of events. I think it should be incendiary spawn instead of Scorcher because I feel the scorcher won't be too effective on this map, and the incendiary are something worth much more fighting for. I know for the people with OCD a weapon should switch off with a weapon, not a grenade, but sorry OCD people this is for the sake of balance and strategy "/

    Not going to work, digger and sniper are too close to each other, and I don't think there's much point to boltok AND gorgon being in the same round

    IMO the Oneshots in Artillary should be replaced. They are almost useless. Longhots would be nice or even a HOD. There are like maybe two or three maps that use the hammer.
